Terms and Conditions; A day delegate package must be booked between January – February 2024 to receive one of the following complimentary options stated above. Minimum of 12 guests. Subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Overnight accommodation must be booked either the night before or night of the meeting taking place and is applicable to a Deluxe room only, upgrades will incur supplement charges. Offers are non-transferable in the event of a postponement and are valid for new bookings and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
